ChromaGenix™ Base Resin is a multi-purpose affinity resin engineered to purify high-quality antibodies from a wide range of species and isotypes—including IgG, IgA, and IgY. It offers high binding capacity, superior purity, and consistent performance across monoclonal and polyclonal formats.
Optimized for use with cell culture supernatants, hybridoma cultures, ascites fluid, and recombinant production systems, Base Resin delivers mild elution, no immunogenicity or ligand leaching, and validated reusability up to 100 cycles.
